The classes are taught by gifted instructors who are seasoned with experience, many ministering internationally. You will have first hand contact with successful apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, many from within the HarvestNET network. In each course you not only receive practical content, but you also receive personalized ministry as the Holy Spirit leads.
Barry Wissler, Founder / President, HarvestNET
Barry Wissler has been the Senior Pastor of Ephrata Community Church in Pennsylvania since 1977. He is also the founder and president of HarvestNET, a network of churches and ministries from several states and nations. In February 2011 he was selected to be the Apostolic Council Leader of Outpouring Family International. Holding theological degrees from Geneva College and Westminster Theological Seminary, Barry’s passion is to produce churches that are faithful to sound doctrine but also receptive to the work of the Holy Spirit. His vision has been to see a shared outpouring of the Holy Spirit enjoyed by many churches in the region simultaneously. Barry and his wife, Cheryl, minister at pastors and leaders conferences in various nations, especially in India, Europe, and the Caribbean. His wife, Cheryl, operates a foundation called “The Gift,” which serves the poor of India. They have two grown children.
Marlene Ulrich, Director, Kingdom Ministry School
Marlene Ulrich is the Director of the Kingdom Ministry School. She received her B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regent University. She formerly served in various administrative positions with Ephrata Community Church where along with her husband, Mark, currently serve on the leadership team. Her heart is to see the Body of Christ mobilized to advance the Kingdom of God through strategic training and equipping of men and women of God. Her goal is to not only provide instructional classes but also opportunities where students can learn through hands-on experiences. Her and Mark have 3 children, 4 grandchildren and reside in Ephrata, Pennsylvania.
Kevin Eshleman, Executive Pastor, Ephrata Community Church
Kevin Eshleman is the Executive Pastor of Ephrata Community Church. He has previously served as a public school campus minister with Lancaster Youth Network of Churches and Lancaster YFC and has pastored in the Brethren in Christ Church. Kevin is currently serving as president of the Ephrata/Akron Ministerium and is vice president of the Cocalico School District Board of Directors. Kevin has a master’s diploma from The Wagner Leadership Institute and is currently pursuing a M.Div. in Global and Contextual Studies at Evangelical Theological Seminary. He and his wife Stephanie have two children: Hannah, who is majoring in photojournalism at Temple University, and Daniel, who is majoring in computer science engineering at Bucknell University.
Jimmy Nimon, Executive Director, Gateway House of Prayer
Jimmy Nimon is the Executive Director of Gateway House of Prayer, which is seeking the transformation of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and the surrounding regions through night and day worship and prayer. Through training in the Scriptures and prophetic insight, Jimmy is dedicated to equipping believers to experience God and do His will. He is a member of HarvestNET’s fellowship of churches and ministries. Jimmy and his wife, Lydia, are the parents of five children and reside in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. He also enjoys graphic design and operates a web design business.
Sue Ferrari, Director, Breath of Life Ministries
Sue Ferrari is the director of Breath of Life Ministries, is ordained as a chaplain and has been counseling for thirteen years. She is licensed and certified with Breath of Life Ministries and HarvestNet, Intl. She has a B.S. in Education and has taught in both public and private schools. Sue has received training through several counseling schools including the Elijah House School. She has served on the Family Advisory Council of the Children’s Hospital at Hershey Medical Center and has counseled with Cornerstone Pregnancy Care Services at Lincoln University in Oxford, Pennsylvania. Sue also networks with various other healing ministries throughout Lancaster County that minister to the prison population, ex-offenders, homeless, and the uninsured. She and her husband, Frank, have served as local pastors. They have 6 children and 13 grandchildren.
Dan Rogers
Dan Rogers was converted out of profound religious unbelief in 1995 and has a growing passion to see revival come to the United States church. He has a B.A. from Wheaton College and an M.A.R. from Westminster Seminary. He has taught many classes and served as an elder in a local church, while working as a remodeling contractor.
Bruce Heckman, Director Immerge
Bruce Heckman met his wife, Joyce, while serving the Lord in the Middle East. Their nearly twenty years of service in that region equipped them to prepare others for ministry among the world’s unreached peoples. They have given their lives to bring the message of salvation through Jesus Christ to those who have never heard. Bruce is a graduate of Fuller Seminary with a M.A. in missiology with a concentration in Islamic studies. He currently serves as an executive officer with Immerge and gives leadership to its curriculum development. Immerge is a cross-cultural apprenticeship system that prepares people for effective ministry among the world’s unreached. The Heckmans have three grown children.
Immerge is an apprenticeship which exists to equip and mentor people sent out by the Body of Christ for effective team ministry among the world’s unreached. Each apprentice learns to blend personal involvement with unreached people locally, gain from experienced field workers in a mentoring relationship, and draw from training modules designed to formulate mission concepts. The program is designed to develop field workers and greatly reduce the attrition rate commonly experienced in work among the unreached. Immerge is involved with the refugee and immigrant communities, ministering to their needs and bringing the message of Jesus to the unreached living in the United States.
Tom Koch, Director of Tom Koch Ministries
Tom Koch has served the Lord in over 20 different countries as a Pastor (Washington Ave Bible Church), Missionary (BCM International and The Pocket Testament League), Educator (Adjunct Professor, Lancaster Bible College) and Biblical Counselor (Brownstown Christian Counseling, Christian Counseling Assoc.). He now serves as the director of Tom Koch Ministries, which is a Christian Counseling and Life Coaching ministry. Tom is a certified Biblical counselor, Life Coach and ordained minister of the Gospel. His education includes a MA of Pastoral Studies, Masters of Counseling and a Doctor of Divinity. Before entering vocational ministry he served in the US Navy and in a number of leadership positions in the secular business world. With over two decades of counseling experience Tom brings unique insight to the counseling ministry. Tom and his wife, Jane reside in Ephrata, Pennsylvania
